Company Background. 

Memuta was founded in Sydney (Australia) in 1980 and, for the past 30 years, has been providing specialised business improvement consulting services to client organisations of all sizes and across all types of industry.  It has been operating in Poland since August 2009 with a fresh “look” and our policy of providing clients with excellent service and attention to detail is unchanged.

Although most of its clients reside in Australia, Memuta has also completed engagements in New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States.  We are now centrally-based in Warsaw and we are able to apply our extensive business consulting experience across all of Europe - and beyond.

Our Company Today

Our skills, methodologies and tools have been developed in Australia.  However, Memuta Sp. z o.o. has been created as a Polish company - not as a subsidiary of an Australian company.  As we develop our credentials and client base across Europe, we will seek to recruit and provide training for people within Poland and other countries within the EU community.

We are a startup company in Europe and Poland in particular.  You can help us get established by simply allowing us to visit your organisation and briefly introduce our professional and innovative services.  If you consider that our services are not appropriate for your business we thank you for the opportunity you have given us.

Confidentiality and Trust. 

In order to conduct this type of consulting work it is absolutely critical that we respect the Client’s privacy.  All our workers are formally bound by Confidentiality Agreements to not disclose any client confidential information to any party external to Memuta, and to Memuta workers who are not directly involved with the project, unless we have specific written consent from the Client. 

We do not refer to our Clients by name or indicate the nature of the work undertaken unless we have specific approval from the Client’s management.  If such approval is obtained this information will be limited to the Company name and a high-level reference to the type of work undertaken.  If the Company subsequently consents to be a Memuta reference site, additional information such as contact name and contact details (only) may be given to potential Memuta clients but only with prior approval.

Throughout the 30-year Memuta history in Australia there has never been a breach of trust by any of Memuta’s workers or any incident relating to a breach of confidentiality.
