How it works
The main LEP tool is an online application that identifies the areas of
development for an individual leader that need to be improved. The
application manages the cohesion of the elements and cares for a
balanced and effective programme, which allows for developing specific
competences and abilities, which will create an undeniable added value
of any leader.
The system accompanies the leader during the whole period of
implementing and controlling changes. It becomes his personal coach,
available at any time and place. The leader himself also becomes his own
coach and thanks to systematic work and self-discipline required by
LEP, develops his abilities and deals with his shortages. The process is
