  • Business Continuity Planning (BCP)  The general interpretation of a disaster event includes flood, fire, earthquake etc. but should also include loss of key resources (people and other assets), suppliers, customers and credibility.  We conduct an analysis of your organisation to identify potential risks to ongoing business activities in the event of any form of unexpected disaster event.  Our unique Business Impact Analysis approach is not scenario-based.  It provides the foundation for a Recovery Strategy Definition statement which, in turn, is used to develop a comprehensive Crises Management Plan and/or Information Technology Recovery Plan.  We can also audit existing plans to ensure your Plans are kept up-to-date.
  • Business Process Management (BPM)  In order to expand, indeed survive, in today’s rapidly-evolving and demanding business environment, every organisation must be able to continuously improve its supporting business processes to ensure they align with its strategies and goals – and make it easy for your customers and suppliers to do business with you.  We can help organisations map these processes within and across enterprise boundaries, simultaneously incorporating many facilities which help reduce operating costs, skills training for new and existing employees, resource planning exercises and “single source of truth” for procedure and document management.
  • Business Improvement Consulting (BIC)  We can conduct an “X-ray” of your organisation that establishes a baseline assessment of how well your employees’ culture and behaviour, business processes and overall capabilities align with, and support, your business strategies and goals.  We then help you to identify and address issues that impede performance and develop an Improvement Plan.  Finally, we can measure the improvements implemented.  The cycle can then be repeated to provide a program of continuous improvement in the way you conduct your business;
  • Team Effectiveness Profile (TEP)  Be aware of the processes within Your team. Identify bottlenecks and areas of lower effectiveness. Get to know and  use the potential of Your employees and their motivations.
  • Leadership Effectiveness Profile (LEP)  Maximise the effectiveness of your leadership team. Continually improve the quality of management and avoid unnecessary investments.
