Team Effectiveness Profile (TEP)
TEP allows to fully control the process and gives leaders access to
analytic tools, which maximise the effectiveness of the survey.
Be aware of the processes within Your team. Identify bottlenecks and
areas of lower effectiveness. Get to know and use the potential of Your
employees and their motivations.
Many employees are sceptical about opinion surveys. The reason is low
effectiveness of such actions resulting from: poorly designed questions,
slow feedback of survey results to staff, failure to feedback team
specific results to each team and lack of a co-ordinated post survey
process. The consequences are: failure to identify real areas of
improvement, staff loses enthusiasm for process as they believe their
efforts are pointless as the changes do not cover the needs.
